France World Cup winner Emmanuel Petit could see Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar flourish in the Premier League at two of the biggest sides.
Neymar has been linked with a move away from PSG and a move to Manchester United this week, while Petit says he would also suit his former club Arsenal.
“I think Neymar will suit any big club. If he comes to Arsenal I would love him and I think he would love it too. I think he will enjoy Arsenal’s technical football and style. He would like to play with younger players as he himself is quite mature,” Petit initially told Genting Casino.
“I think he’ll be happy to go to Arsenal if that’s the case. He can play on the left and on the right, and because of the ankle injuries he can be a player in the rotation.”
“If he goes to Man Utd, I will be very happy for them and the Premier League. They have Rashford and Sancho who can manage both wings but also have the skills to rotate so Neymar can easily fit into that cycle,” concluded the former French star.
Paris Saint-Germain values Neymar at around 50-60 million euros, but it is said that they are ready to allow him to leave on loan.
