Victor Osimhen has deleted all photos in a Napoli shirt and may take legal action against the Neapolitans after the Serie A club posted an ‘unacceptable’ video on their official TikTok account, which has since been deleted.

Napoli posted a video of Osimhen calling for the penalty, using a strange sped-up voice, then him taking it before the video showed him missing.

This video has caused the Nigerian striker and his camp to react and call it a mockery even considering taking legal action against their club for a post on social media.

On Tuesday evening, Osimhen’s agent Roberto Calenda issued an official statement regarding the incident.

“What happened today on Napoli’s official profile on the TikTok platform is not acceptable. A video mocking Victor was first made public and then, belatedly, deleted.”

“A serious fact that causes very serious damage to the player and adds to the treatment that the boy is suffering in the last period between media trials and fake news.”

“We reserve the right to take legal action and any useful initiative to protect Victor,” he tweeted.

After that, Osimhen deleted almost all Napoli photos from his Instagram account after his agent threatened ‘legal action’ against the club.

The only remaining photo appears to be one from August 19 after a 3-1 win over Frosinone, the first game of the Serie A season.
